  一、會議背景/ Background
  
  2018年中國汽車市場產銷量雙雙首次下跌,但新能源汽車一枝獨秀,在雙積分及新能源汽車鼓勵政策的雙重驅動下,產銷增長仍高于60%。同時在補貼政策和長續航的市場驅動下,量產乘用車電池PAck能量密度持續增加,部分車型已超過150kw/kg。這既得益于電池、性能開發能力的提升,也得益于輕量化技術的應用。
  
  In 2018, both the production and sales volume of China's auto market fell for the first time, but the new energy vehicles ouTPErformed. Under the dual driving of double integral policy and new-energy automobile industry policies, the growth of new energy vehicle production and sales is still higher than 60%. At the same time, driven by the subsidy policy and long-life market, the energy density of mass-produced passenger car battery packs continues to increase, and some models have exceeded 150kw/kg. This is due to the improvement of battery and PErformance development capabilities, as well as the aPPlication of lightweight technology.
  
  2019年是中國新能源汽車發展路線具有里程碑意義的一年。2018年12月15日,中國科協主席萬鋼同志在人民日報撰文《促進新能源汽車產業健康發展》,提出應及時把產業化重點向燃料電池汽車拓展。4月23日,工信部發言人表示,將大力推進我國氫能及燃料電池汽車產業的創新發展。為我國新能源汽車產業發展奠定了基調,即純電動汽車與氫燃料電池汽車協同發展,并且將長期并存互補。
  
  2019 is a milestone in the development of China's new energy vehicles. On December 15, 2018, Comrade Wan Gang, Chairman of the CASF, wrote in the People's Daily "Promoting the Healthy Development of the New Energy Vehicle Industry" and proposed that the focus of industrialization should be expanded to fuel cell vehicles in a timely manner. On April 23, a spokesperson of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that it will vigorously promote the innovative development of China's hydrogen energy and fuel cell vehicle industry. It laid the foundation for the development of China's new energy automobile industry, namely, the development of PURe electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and will coexist in the long run.
  
  無論是電動汽車,還是氫燃料電池汽車,輕量化技術都是新能源汽車發展的核心關鍵技術之一。輕量化的發展離不開高強度鋼、鎂鋁合金塑料碳纖維復合材料等輕量化材料的應用,也涉及全新的設計理念、結構設計、成形工藝、性能評價與驗證方法的應用。在新能源汽車補貼政策退坡的大環境下,如何選擇合適的輕量化技術路線,兼顧汽車性能、續航和成本,這對整個汽車行業都是極大的挑戰。

The development of lightweight is insEParable from the application of lightweight materials such as high-strength steel, magnesium-aluminum alloy, plastic and carbon fiber composite materials, as well as the application of new design concepts, structural design, forming processes, performance evaluation and verification methods. In the context of the declining new energy vehicle subsidy policy, how to choose the appropriate lightweight technology route, taking into account the car performance, battery life and cost, is a great challenge for the entire automotive industry.
  
  為了深入探討后補貼時代的新能源汽車輕量化技術路徑和解決方案,推進電動汽車以及燃料電池關鍵零部件的輕量化技術應用,促進材料供應商、零部件廠商、科研機構與新能源整車廠的交流與合作,由中國汽車材料網主辦的“2019(第四屆)新能源汽車輕量化技術研討會”將于2019年7月25-26日在江蘇南京召開。

2017(第二屆)新能源汽車輕量化技術研討會


 

“2017(第二屆)新能源汽車輕量化技術研討會”于7月6-7日在浙江杭州電子科技大學成功舉辦。會議匯集了國內整車及零部件企業代表、科研院所的專家學者、原材料、政府、檢測機構、設備企業等110多家單位的近300位汽車新材料與輕量化領域專家代表出席。

會議邀請了眾泰汽車研究院總工程師牛麗媛博士致開幕詞,同時邀請了各主機廠、原材料、零部件企業、高校以及行業協會的眾多專家做相關技術報告。會議現場座無虛席,交流環節氣氛熱烈。
